Great experience there, the manager Shelley went out of her way to help me as I explained I live out of town and was in a bit of a hurry. Shout out to the guys in the shoe dept as well cuz they were helpful and patient when I was there looking for some hikers. Highly recommend this location with an awesome customer service oriented staff.

REI has a incredible selection of outdoor gear. More importantly the people who work there know what they are doing . Very knowledgeable and willing to help. It seems high priced sometimes especially for clothing . But they have a great return and warranty policy. I like REI a lot . I buy things that I need not a expensive T shirt.

This store needs employees! I walked the entire store three times to find someone to help me with a price for a Yeti cooler. They have a nice display of several types right as you walk in, with NO prices on any of them. I found a second display behind those with 1 that had a price. When I found the one guy who was very helpful, he was stuck in the back, but literally the only person available to open fitting room doors, get shoes and manage the entire back of the store. He even got in the mic to tell people I was coming to the front (AGAIN) and I waited 5 more minutes (which is a long time without service) and not one person even acknowledged me. Keep your cooler, I’ll get it ONLINE.

Like REI but they mark up everything 10% over other retailers. This is why people shop on Amazon. If REI treated customers fairly we would shop at your store, but you don’t. To the woman with the hat at the register, being unfriendly to customers doesn’t get you points, just makes you look ornery. Off to Marmot online to order a tent which they guarantee and it’s 10% less.
